The US Open held at Flushing Meadows, Queens New York, is the fourth and final of the majors in the tennis calendar. Played on hard courts, matches are fast and furious. Starting at the end of August each year, the tournament draws crowds exceeding 700,000 over the two week period. The first major was held in 1881 and played on grass courts in Rhode Island. it wasn't until 1978 that the tournament finally arrived at its current location, and with the recent addition of the spectacular retractable roof, Arthur Ashe Stadium is one of the most iconic sporting venues in the world. Since Roger Federer's 5 year winning streak ended in 2008, there has been a different men's champion every year since making this the most unpredictable tennis major of the year.

The 2023 US Open saw a new generation of young players pushing their way up the world rankings, however it was tennis legend Novak Djokovic who claimed his 24th tennis major win. Will any of these young guns be able to stop Djokovic from claiming his 5th US Open Championship? On the ladies side, 20 year old American Coco Gauff, thrilled the crowds with her fast and exciting play to win her first major tennis championship. Once you have attended this event you will be back for more.
